Chew Sing Bin

Global Service Quality Lead at NCS Group

Chew Sing Bin leads the Global Service Quality in NCS. He oversees the Governance & Quality Assurance (GQA) and Delivery Quality (DQ) teams, and work with the various business units to ensure consistent service engagement and quality. Sing Bin also leads the Delivery Architecture stream in NCS’ transformation programme and work closely with all delivery teams to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

Sing Bin brings with him more than 28 years of senior leadership expertise in the ICT and consulting industry. Prior to joining NCS, Sing Bin was the Vice President, IS PMO, Applications & Delivery, at Starhub Ltd. With a proven track record in Telco, Sing Bin led large complex mission-critical projects from inception to retirement, developed and maintained full stack Consumer (BSS) and Corporate applications. He was also involved in Product and Process Simplification, Technology Transformation and Customer Experience initiatives.

Having both studied and worked in the United States, Sing Bin holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University. He is a long standing CITPM (Senior) and a Volunteer Mentor of Singapore Computer Society. Outside work, he is an active Grassroots member serving as Vice-Chair for his neighbourhood community. Sing Bin enjoys tennis and golf during his leisure time.
