Christopher Lim

Christopher Lim leads the Delivery Operations in NCS, looking after resource management which includes offshore delivery centres in China and India, and oversees the delivery and project quality of overseas operations. With his depth and breadth of experience in NCS, he also looks into the transformation of processes and systems to drive improved operational efficiency.

He has been with NCS for more than 30 years, having served in both delivery as well as sales functions. Beginning his career as a database analyst, Christopher moved on to lead application teams, grew to become project manager and subsequently service delivery director, handling both applications as well as infrastructure projects. His coverage has been primarily in Public Sector as well as Homeland Defence.

Christopher enjoys finding solutions to simplify the administrative processes to allow people to spend their time more effectively. When time avails, he involves himself in the organisation of chess events and likes to surround himself with greenery.
