Eric Yeo

Eric Yeo is a leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and delivering business excellence across various sectors, particularly in aviation. They have held several significant roles, including Operations Manager at MAJ Aviation Pte Ltd, where they managed recruitment and operations, and Head of Project Management & Resource Planning at Changi Airports International, where they revamped project management processes using LEAN methodology. Currently, they serve as Business Development Director, Aviation at NCS Group and oversee digital transformation initiatives at Singapore Post Ltd. Eric holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Nanyang Business School.
