Gary Phng

Gary Phng is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in people and culture management, business analysis, and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture at NCS Group since July 2022, Gary focuses on global mobility, business advisory, regional partnering, and diversity efforts. Prior roles include Business Analyst in the Enterprise Strategic Business Group, Programme Manager at Singtel, and various positions in learning and development, teaching, and economics. Gary holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Applied and Policy Economics from the National University of Singapore and has participated in student exchange programs at Nanyang Technological University and the University of Waterloo.
