Leo Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of public safety, security, digital transformation, and marketing. Currently serving as the Innovation Lead at NCS Group since October 2015, Leo focuses on 5G and 4G telecommunications applications, cyber security, and advanced analytics. Prior to this role, Leo had a notable tenure with the Singapore Police Force, contributing as an Honorary Special Volunteer Constabulary and leading initiatives in public communications and new media.
