Leonard Sim

Leonard Sim is a cybersecurity consultant at NCS Group, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), where responsibilities include conducting vulnerability assessments and participating in IT security incident management. Previously, Leonard worked as a consultant in Cyber Access Management, engaging in identity and data security technologies. Leonard's experience includes an internship as a Security Engineer at Tindo, where responsibilities involved documentation and user training, as well as an operations internship at Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd, contributing to the Building and Facilities Services Programme. At the Singapore Armed Forces, Leonard served as a Senior Specialist, overseeing a team of military police personnel and developing operational plans. Leonard's career began as a Human Resources Operations Assistant at ISS Facility Services, managing vendor relationships and supporting recruitment. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with a minor in Computer Science from James Cook University (Singapore Campus).
