Nigel Tan

Nigel Tan is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in information security and governance. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at NCS Group since 2022, Nigel focuses on developing a robust information security vision and strategic direction to enable business success. Prior to this role, Nigel held the same title at SMRT Corporation Ltd from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise cyber security, governance, risk, and compliance. A former Global Program Manager at Microsoft from 2008 to 2015, Nigel managed global operations and program management initiatives. Nigel's career began as a Software R&D Manager at Creative Technology Ltd, from 1992 to 2008, emphasizing business development and product management. Nigel holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
