Siangtse Foo currently serves as a Senior Partner in Cyber at NCS Group and as a Director and ARC member at Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd. Previously, Siangtse was the Managing Director and Head of the Public Sector at Temus and Chief Information Security Officer at Certis, where also held the role of SVP for Corporate Planning, focusing on strategy, sustainability, and digital transformation. In the realm of strategic business development, Siangtse directed M&A initiatives within the security sector, emphasizing the US, Canada, and Australia. As CEO of Quann (now Ensign Infosecurity), responsibility included driving growth across multiple Southeast Asian markets. Earlier positions encompass leading the Cyber Security Group at Certis CISCO, and various strategic roles within Singapore's Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Finance. Siangtse Foo holds a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Arts in International Policy Studies from Stanford University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
