Steph Soh

Steph Soh is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations, currently serving as the Group Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at NCS Group since May 2022. In this role, Steph leads the design of regional recruiting policies and processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams. Prior to this position, Steph worked at Align Technology from May 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience and developing regional reporting capabilities. Earlier experience at Kelly Services involved full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and client consulting. Steph holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Murdoch University.
