Thomas Low

Thomas Low is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery management and consulting across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr Director, Client Delivery Lead for Homeland Security at NCS Group since March 2020, Thomas is responsible for managing service delivery and fostering client relationships. In addition to this role, Thomas serves as Vice Chairperson on the Board of Directors at Caritas Humanitarian Aid & Relief Initiatives, Singapore. Previous roles include Vice President at Pactera, Director of Consulting Services at Red Hat, and Regional Services Director at Dell EMC, where Thomas led strategic consulting and project management initiatives. Thomas began a military career as a Captain in the Singapore Army and has held significant positions at Sun Microsystems and Accenture. Thomas holds a Computer Engineering degree with merit from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
