Timothy Hui

Timothy Hui is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Client Service Lead for the Networks domain at NCS Group since October 2025. Prior to this role, Timothy held various senior leadership positions at Singtel from August 2014 to October 2025, including Senior Director for Standards & Innovation and Senior Director for IP Transport Engineering, focusing on reliable connectivity and critical infrastructure. Timothy also led transformation efforts in network planning and operations, directed mobile network delivery, and engaged in business strategy for future use cases involving IoT and machine-to-machine communications. Earlier career experiences include roles at Ericsson, where Timothy served as Sales Director for Major Accounts in South East Asia and Oceania and as a Solution Architect, and a planning role at Singtel supervising 3G network projects. Timothy holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
