Tom Loozen

Tom Loozen is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Managing Partner for Telco+ at Singtel NCS, where they empower Telecom, Media, and Technology companies to achieve sustained business impact through high-value technology solutions. Prior to their current role, Tom spent six years at EY leading global telecommunications and EMEIA TMT practices, addressing key client challenges with a broad range of services. Before EY, Tom dedicated 18 years to Accenture, where they held various leadership roles, including Senior Managing Director in the Communications, Media & Technology practice. Tom's early career was shaped at KPN, and they have pursued extensive education, including an MBA from RSM and completing programs at Harvard Business School and Singularity University.
