James Raafs

James Raafs has a diverse work experience that spans several companies in the oil and gas industry. James started their career in 1994 as a Service Supervisor at Canadian Fracmaster and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they served as a Senior Supervisor at Baker Hughes. James then joined Calfrac Well Services in 2004 as a District Manager and held this role until 2009. In 2010, they became the Director of Operations at NCS Multistage.

James Raafs obtained a Certificate in Lean Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in 2017-2018. In 2018, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute. Additionally, in 2018-2019, James earned a Certificate in Applied Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
