Juan Montero

Juan Montero is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in mechanical design and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Project Lead at NCS Multistage since April 2014, Juan has previously held positions such as R&D Project Lead III and Manufacturing & Design Engineer at Kudu Industries Inc. and National Oilwell Varco, respectively. With a focus on PCP applications, Juan has contributed to the design and development of machine components, gearboxes, and brake systems. Expertise includes generating 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, verifying designs through calculations and finite element analysis, and supporting production with engineering tools. Juan’s background also encompasses significant contributions to PCP applications for Chevron/PetroBoscan, facilitating well completion designs and optimizing production. An academic background in Mechanical Engineering includes an MSc and a BSc from Universidad del Zulia.
