Previously, Michael held the position of Research and Development Manager, leading a team in designing downhole tools and managing project timelines and field trials. Prior roles include Project Engineer at NCS Multistage and Design Engineer at Baker Hughes, where notable contributions encompassed leading design projects, performing advanced calculations, and streamlining product development processes. Michael began a career with internships at ABB and The Dow Chemical Company and has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
