Richard Finney

Richard Finney is the current VP of Manufacturing at NCS Multistage. Richard has over 40 years of experience in plant management and has held previous positions at SMW, Forum Energy Technologies, and Baker Hughes. Richard is a highly skilled and knowledgeable plant manager, with a specialty in accounting and financial requirements. Richard is also an excellent communicator and leader, with the ability to manage and motivate a large workforce. Under their guidance, the plants they have managed have consistently met or exceeded performance targets. In their most recent role at Baker Hughes, they were responsible for a plant with an annual production value of over $100 million and a workforce of 100+ employees. In addition to their regular duties, they also handled special projects as assigned. Richard Finney is a highly successful and experienced plant manager who has demonstrated their ability to lead plants to success time and time again.

Richard Finney obtained their BSBA in Project Management from DeVry University.
