Gerson Arias

Gerson Arias has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of marketing and design.

Gerson is currently serving as the Director of Marketing at NCS Technologies, Inc., a position they have held since March 2022.

Prior to this, Gerson was the Owner of Arias Interactive, LLC, a creative services company that specializes in graphic design, web development, and content creation. Gerson founded the company in July 2001 and still holds the role.

From April 2005 to March 2022, Gerson worked as the Director of Marketing at UNICOM Government Inc. In this role, they supported the executive and sales teams in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Gerson was responsible for managing OEM and distribution partner relationships, creating marketing materials, and organizing events.

Between 2001 and 2004, Gerson served as a Manager at CSC, where they oversaw the design and web development teams for a division based in Alexandria. Their clients included the Pentagon and DTRA.

Additionally, Gerson had a short stint as a Manager at Idea Integration in 2001.

Their career in the industry began in 1997 when they joined NMP, Inc. (which subsequently became AppNet, Inc. and Commerce One, Inc.) as the Front End Development Manager. Gerson led a team of front-end coders and also served as the in-house video and audio specialist, creating videos for the web and recording in-house events.

Gerson Arias attended James Madison University from 1994 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.
