Russell Smith

Russell Smith co-founded NCS Technologies along with Tony Orrico in 1984. As one of the initial partners, Russell delivered consulting services to NCS’ Fortune 100 clients.

Today Russell is the Chief Operating Officer of NCS. In this role, he oversees all financial, administration, and talent acquisition operations.

Russell holds a degree in computer science.
