Christophoros Christophoridis

Christophoros Christophoridis is a highly experienced scientific researcher with a strong background in environmental chemistry and analytical methods. Currently serving as a Scientific Researcher at Doping Control Laboratory Athens since September 2020, Christophoros focuses on developing and validating methods for detecting prohibited doping substances in athletes' urine. In addition, Christophoros holds the position of Research Director at Greener than Green Technologies SA and serves as an Associate Researcher at NCSR "DEMOKRITOS." Previous roles include extensive research, teaching, and postdoctoral fellowships at various prestigious institutions such as Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Technical University of Munich, specializing in pollutant degradation, ecotoxicological assessments, and analytical techniques for environmental analysis. Christophoros earned a PhD in Environmental Chemistry from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, further solidifying expertise in the field.
