Joanna D.

Joanna D. has an extensive background in both healthcare and product management. Since January 2009, Joanna has served at NCT Charity, holding multiple roles including Breastfeeding & Infant Feeding Engagement Lead, Postnatal Practitioner, Breastfeeding Counsellor, Supervisor, Trainer and Moderator, and Peer Support Trainer Coordinator. Prior to this, Joanna worked as a Senior Product Manager at Kenwood Limited from 2000 to 2003 and as an Assistant Product Manager at Yell from 1998 to 2000. Early career experience includes a role as a Market Planning Executive at Yellow Pages UK (1994-1998) and Multimedia Publishing Officer at Ordnance Survey (1991-1992). Joanna holds a BSc in Management Science from Loughborough University, a Diploma in Marketing from CIM, and a Diploma in Breastfeeding Counselling from the University of Bedfordshire.
