Kay Jaques

Kay Jaques has extensive experience in management and service delivery within the children's services sector. Currently serving as Key Account Manager at NCT Charity since February 2015, Kay has developed and managed an integrated Breastfeeding Peer Support service, fostering relationships with various stakeholders including health professionals and families. Previously, Kay held roles at Leicester City Council from January 2005 to October 2014, including Service Manager for Integrated Services, overseeing early prevention services for children and their families, and Children's Centres Operational Manager, managing multiple centres. Earlier experience includes the role of Children's Centre Manager at Barnardo's from December 2003 to January 2005. Kay holds a Master's degree in Integrated Provision for Children and Families from the University of Leicester, completed in 2011.
