Jill Luckett

Jill Luckett has held various high-level roles in the government and telecommunications industry. Jill started their career as Legislative Director for Sen. Bob Packwood in 1988, then moved on to become a Special Advisor for Commissioner Rachelle Chong at the Federal Communications Commission in 1994. Jill later transitioned to the role of SVP of Program Network Policy at NCTA in 1995.

Jill Luckett earned a B.A. in Political Science from Bucknell University.
