Mark Bell

As Senior Vice President, Creative Services, Mark leads NCTA’s experiential storytelling and live events production division. In this role, Mark has responsibility for NCTA’s internal design and production studio, public advocacy space, and meetings and events team. Mark also heads up NCTA’s Membership and Industry Affairs efforts which focus on member recruitment and engagement while serving as liaison to a variety of industry and outside organizations.

Having joined NCTA in 1990, Mark has held several positions including Vice President for Industry Affairs where he played pivotal roles in producing NCTA’s annual tradeshow, INTX – heading up programming, marketing, exhibits, and logistics as well as the design and production of signature Industry Exhibits, immersive storytelling venues, film and developer competitions, and industry emergency response efforts.

Mark also headed NCTA Administrative Services where he was responsible for facility operations, risk management, and strategic real estate planning and led the development, design, and buildout of NCTA’s headquarters on Capitol Hill to include a new 105-seat THX theater and Technology Innovation Center.

Prior to joining NCTA, Mark studied media communications and business administration at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA before joining the facility operations team at the law firm of Hazel & Thomas where he led the development of numerous tenant fit-out, construction, and office relocation projects during his 8 years with the firm.
