Rex Bullinger

Rex Bullinger has extensive work experience, starting their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1974 as an Engineer & Project Manager until 1998. Rex then went on to work at Excite@Home, where they held various roles such as HFC Engineering Manager. Rex also worked at @Home Network as an Engineer, and later at National Cable & Telecommunications Assoc. as Sr. Director, Broadband Technology. Throughout their career, they have accumulated a wealth of experience in technology and engineering.

Rex Bullinger pursued a Bachelor of Science in Physics at San Diego State University from 1971 to 1974. Rex then went on to earn a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management from Stanford University between 1979 and 1981. Finally, in 1987 to 1988, they studied Business in Japan at the Japan America Institute of Management Science.
