Dr. Neil Tocher

Dr. Neil Tocher has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry. From 2010 to present, they have served as Co-Founder, CEO, and CTO of NCTech Imaging, where they have developed and deployed AR and Last Mile technologies at a global scale. From 1998 to 2010, they were the Founder of 360eTours.net and VRStation.net, a service for creating, hosting, and sharing 360 degree panoramic image tours. From 1996 to 1998, they were the Technical Manager for Europe at Macromedia, where they provided European technical support and reviewed customer programming. From 1994 to 1996, they were the Manager at Apple Computers in Edinburgh and Dundee, responsible for consumer and educational sales growth, buyer and stock control management, and QTVR.

Dr. Neil Tocher received an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in the field of Computer Engineering. Dr. Neil also attended Edinburgh College from 1990 to 1992 and obtained an HND in Technical Computer Programming.
