Saurabh Anand is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in operations and customer support. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Logistics and Control Tower Operations at Ncubate Logistics since April 2021, Saurabh has successfully implemented new systems for tracking KPIs, enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this, Saurabh held the position of Senior Customer Support Executive at Livpure Private Limited, overseeing logistics support and leading the customer service team for the RO vertical across India. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Marketing Executive at Duratuf Glass Industries Private Limited, focusing on client management and new business generation. Saurabh holds an MBA in Marketing from Amity University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Delhi University.
