Arabella Shewry has extensive experience in the fields of learning and development, organizational development, and executive assistance. Currently serving as a People Partner (Learning & Development Lead) at NCVO since September 2010, Arabella has also held various roles within the organization, including Learning and Organisational Development Partner and Executive Assistant to the CEO & Chair. In addition to current volunteer work with the Fawcett Society, Arabella has prior volunteer experience with Epilepsy Action and The Girls' Network. Previous professional roles include PA to the Director North at Alzheimer’s Society and PA to the Director for Enterprise and Innovation at the University of Leeds. Arabella's educational qualifications include a CIPD Associate Level Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development from Acacia Learning, a Master’s degree in Gender, Sexuality & Culture from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Leeds Beckett University.
