Rebecca Young serves as the Lead Policy and Influencing Manager at NCVO, where leadership encompasses representing the views of charities and volunteers across England. Previous roles include interim Head of Policy and Research at NCVO, and various positions focusing on policy development and communication within the voluntary sector. Prior experience encompasses positions as Policy Officer at the National Union of Students and Researcher and Project Coordinator at the Innovation Unit, tackling social challenges through various projects. Initial experience includes a Policy Intern role at The Children's Society and a Legal Intern position at The Prince's Regeneration Trust. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Cambridge and a Graduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law.
