Kaelyn Wessel is currently serving as the Director of Recruiting for the Orr Fellowship, leading recruitment efforts for the next class of Orr Fellows since January 2023. Concurrently, Kaelyn holds the position of Recruiter for NCW. Previous experience includes working as an Ambassador for Monster Energy from November 2020 to December 2022, and as a Sales Floor Associate and Baker at Be Happy Pie Co. from August 2018 to December 2022. Additionally, Kaelyn gained early experience as a Summer Intern at All in the Family Dental from May 2016 to August 2019. Kaelyn earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Indiana, completing the program in December 2022.
