Kim Nieman

Kim Nieman is an experienced professional in recruitment and event management, currently serving as a Recruiter at NCW since February 2022, where the mission focuses on prioritizing people. Prior experience includes serving as the Head Banquet Server at Aberdeen Manor from March 2018 to February 2022, contributing to the goal of creating a familial atmosphere for weddings. Kim held leadership roles in the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, including Chapter President and Director of Service & Philanthropy, and acted as an Ambassador in Admission and Orientation Assistant at Valparaiso University, promoting the institution and fostering relationships with incoming students. A Bachelor's degree in Communication was obtained from Valparaiso University in December 2021. Additionally, a community outreach and fundraising internship with Water to Thrive involved establishing connections with numerous donors to support the organization's mission.
