Karthik Kumar Venkatesh has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Karthik currently works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ND Global Consulting Services, Inc since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ennuviz from October 2021 to March 2022. Karthik also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Accusource Consulting from May 2020 to August 2021 and at Tavant from June 2019 to May 2020. Before transitioning into talent acquisition, Karthik worked as an Information Technology Recruiter - North America at IT Trailblazers from April 2018 to May 2019. Karthik began their professional career as a Production Manager at Kaleidoscope Climatic Solution - India from June 2017 to April 2018.

Karthik Kumar Venkatesh pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Vijaya Composite Pre-University College, where they obtained their Pre-University College degree with a focus on PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology).

In 2021, Karthik enrolled in Conestoga College and completed the Strategic Global Business Management program, with a specialization in International Business, in 2022.

Additionally, in 2022, they obtained a certification in "Introduction to Relational Database and SQL" from Coursera.
