P.eng Wissam Botros Cid

Wissam Botros, P.Eng, CID, PMP, is an experienced Application Engineer at ND Graphics since September 2010, focusing on supporting applications and equipment, providing training, and testing new machines and software. Previously, Wissam held the position of Senior Service Engineer at Victor Systems Ltd. from November 2007 to August 2010, where responsibilities included installing and troubleshooting industrial machines, particularly flatbed cutters and large format printers. Prior to that, Wissam was a Field Service Engineer at EFI-VUTEk from September 2003 to September 2006, managing installation, troubleshooting, and operator training for large format printers. Wissam holds a Certificate in Electromechanical Technician from George Brown College and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tishreen University. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Engineering Systems and Computing, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Guelph, expected to complete in May 2024.
