Tara Maddala

Tara Maddala is an accomplished professional in the field of biostatistics and clinical development, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Pandora Bio, Inc., with a focus on empowering young adults in their mental health journeys. Additionally, Tara is a Partner at the Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund, promoting equity through grantmaking and impact investing. As the Founder of TM Biostats, LLC, Tara provides consulting services to therapeutic and diagnostic companies. Previous roles include serving as Vice President of Biostatistics at GRAIL, Inc., where significant contributions were made to large-scale clinical oncology biomarker studies, and Director of Biostatistics at Genomic Health Inc., leading R&D studies that resulted in commercial diagnostics. With a PhD in Biostatistics and Data Science from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Tara combines extensive experience in clinical research, regulatory strategy, and statistical consulting.
