Lisa K. Marino has over 17 years of experience in legal operations, litigation and regulatory affairs. Lisa K. began their career in 2004 as a Litigation Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP, where they acted for corporations and individuals in connection with state, federal and international criminal and regulatory investigations. In 2008, they joined Skadden Arps as a Government Enforcement and White Collar Crime Associate, where they focused on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and regulatory enforcement matters focusing on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, criminal antitrust, and securities fraud. In 2013, they became a Secondee, Litigation & Regulatory Affairs at Société Générale, where they managed an extensive complex civil litigation docket and investigated allegations of employee misconduct. In 2014, they moved to J.P. Morgan as a Secondee, Litigation. Most recently, in 2022, they joined ndaOK as the Director of Legal Operations.
Lisa K. Marino attended Georgetown University Law Center from 2001 to 2004, where they earned their J.D. Lisa K. also holds a B.S. from Bucknell University and an M.S. from Tufts University.
