Richard Kropa

Richard oversees the operation of our residential portfolio in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He joined the NDC Asset Management team in 1998 and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and a Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensed Salesperson. Richard graduated from Mansfield State University with a B.A. in Political Science.
