Ronald J. Allen

As President of NDC Asset Management, Ron brings nearly 35 years of construction, real estate and development experience to the organization. Ron is also President of NDC Construction Company and NDC Development Company. Having started his career with National Development Corporation, Ron was instrumental in the expansion of the organization with the commencement of NDC Construction Company in Florida in 1997. Ron’s portfolio under NDC Construction Company include over 5,000 multi-family homes and apartments, commercial and professional offices, educational institutions and assisted living facilities.

Ron earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida. Ron and his team have a strong community commitment, supporting many local non-profits and educational organizations.
