Ryan O'Connor

Ryan O'Connor serves as a Knowledge Tools Analyst at the NDC Partnership since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading the development of the Knowledge Portal to support country climate action, managing thematic engagements, overseeing a consultancy team, and advising on metadata refinements. Previously, at the World Resources Institute, Ryan worked as a Research Analyst, contributing to significant reports and managing climate datasets, and held roles as a Research Assistant and Climate Resilience Fellow, focusing on Nationally Determined Contributions. Earlier experience includes research internships and positions that honed communication and organizational skills while engaging with the public and stakeholders. Ryan holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Germanic Studies from the University of Maryland.
