Jennifer L. Andrews

Jennifer L. Andrews, CHRL, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at Northern Digital Inc. since 2015, where responsibilities include managing a global employee base of over 250 and fostering a strong employee culture. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as a Senior HR Business Partner at BlackBerry, focusing on operational and strategic HR needs across business units from 2006 to 2014. Earlier experience includes consulting for Descartes Systems Group, where Jennifer supported HR initiatives across multiple regions, and serving as the sole HR Coordinator/Generalist at YM INC., where foundations for a successful HR department were established.
