Jim Bender

Jim Bender is an experienced manager in industrial design, currently serving as the Manager of Industrial Design at Northern Digital Inc. since November 1999. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Senior Industrial Designer at Bayer Diagnostics from March 1996 to October 1999 and worked as an Industrial Design Consultant for Bell Northern Research between June 1995 and November 1996. Additionally, Jim's early career includes a brief tenure as an Industrial Design Contractor at GlaxoSmithKline in 1994 and as an Industrial Designer at Invacare from August 1989 to August 1993. Jim's academic background includes a Master in Industrial Design from North Carolina State University, where studies encompassed graphic design, ergonomics, and experimental psychology, as well as a Diploma in Industrial Design from Fanshawe College.
