Rick Baxter is the Managing Partner at Gladius Partners, a boutique private equity firm focused on well-established, profitable mid-market businesses in the Pacific Northwest. They currently hold several director positions at companies including Thermo King of British Columbia Inc., MD Charlton Co. Ltd., NDL Industries Inc., PNP Pharmaceuticals Inc., Agora Energy Technologies, Innovative Parts & Solutions Ltd., and Galaxy Plastics. Previously, Rick served as President & CEO of West Coast Air and as CEO & Director at Parkit Enterprise Inc.
