Federica (Freddae) Loyola is a results-driven and team-oriented leader with over 10 years of accounting experience. Currently serving as the Director at Ready Capital and previously as an Accounting Manager at ReadyCap Commercial, LLC, they have a proven track record in enhancing organizational performance through effective systems and strategies. Federica also held positions as Accounting Manager at multiple firms, including Consumers Choice Mortgage Services, Inc. and Journelle, along with serving as Assistant Controller at The Adoni Group.
