Hayley Caruso

Hayley Caruso is currently the Vice President of Construction Management at Ready Capital, where they work on the affordable housing team to provide acquisition, development, and mortgage capital for multi-family properties. Prior to this role, Hayley served as a Senior Associate in Construction Management at Red Stone Tax-Exempt Funding, overseeing various construction and rehabilitation projects nationwide. Hayley began their career in the food industry as a Front of House Manager at Feel Good Foods and later held various positions, including Blue Engine Teaching Assistant and Summer Learning and Development Support Coordinator. Hayley earned a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Fordham University in 2014.
