Operations Team

The Operations Team at NDM Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of both the Food & Beverage and Hospitality divisions. This includes managing branded vacation home resorts, traditional hotels, and the company’s BurgerFi restaurants. The team ensures a seamless guest experience by maintaining high standards, coordinating property management, planning workforce needs, handling facilities upkeep, managing food and beverage services, directing entertainment, and overseeing new openings and acquisitions. They work collectively to ensure operational excellence and consistency across all NDM Hospitality assets.
