Eugene Savastyuk

Eugene Savastyuk is an experienced engineer with a focus on embedded system design, contributing to both software and hardware architecture in the medical imaging sector at NDS Surgical Imaging since March 2013. Prior roles include serving as a Computer Programmer II at Silvaco Inc., where analog circuit simulation software was developed, and as a Senior Core Software Engineer at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, contributing to diverse projects including image sensors and industrial automation. Recognitions include the MVP Award for a 3D Camera Calibration IC project and an Outstanding Paper Award at ICBME 2008. Additional experience spans roles in audio/video compression at Meritech Co., Ltd. and Honestech, Inc., research assistance at Eindhoven University of Technology and PHILIPS Research Labs, and software engineering for flight simulators at Aeromash. Early career included research on satellite imaging and wavelet signal processing at The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
