Shane Waslaski

Shane Waslaski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and board roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Steel Encounters, Inc. and Dakota Supply Group, Shane also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Moore Holding Company, where oversight of engineering services for infrastructure is a primary focus. As the Founder of Providian Holdings, LLC and former President and CEO of Intelligent InSites, Shane has been instrumental in advancing healthcare technology. Additional leadership roles include advisory positions at Myriad Mobile and the NDSU Research & Technology Park. Shane's educational background includes a B.S. in Biochemistry from North Dakota State University.
