Ariela Sarai, MSW, is an experienced executive and leadership development coach currently serving as an Executive Coach at NDT Development and Corbin Capital Partners, L.P., and a Leadership Development Coach at OpenView. With a focus on needs assessments, 360 reviews, and transformative coaching, Ariela has also led Ariela Sarai Coaching, LLC since 2020, facilitating personal growth and decision-making. Previous roles include leadership development at HumanSide, Inc., and Graham Capital Management, L.P., along with a long tenure leading self-empowerment courses at The Avatar® Course. Ariela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Columbia University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.
