Stephen Gaida has a diverse work experience in various industries. Stephen started their career as an NDT Technician at Rivest Testing, where they gained extensive training in conventional non-destructive testing principles. Stephen then worked as a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Manager at ESCO Corporation, overseeing the quality of the entire value stream. Stephen also held multiple roles at T3 Energy Services, including Canadian Operations Manager, International Corporate Sourcing Manager, and Quality Control/Assurance Manager. At ALCO Energy Industries, they served as a Business Operations Manager, responsible for uniting all Edmonton locations. Stephen later became a Branch Manager at Guardian, a ShawCor Company, where they managed operations and developed business advancement. Stephen also worked at Cafe O'Play Ltd as the owner, focusing on the operational segment of the business. Most recently, they have been working at Acuren as the Director of Compliance for the Western Region and Director of Operations for the Prairies Region. Currently, Stephen serves as the Vice President of Operations, Americas at NDT Global, a leading supplier of ultrasonic pipeline inspection and data analysis.

Stephen Gaida has a diverse education history that includes both academic degrees and professional certifications. In 1996-1997, they attended Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and obtained a degree in Computer Systems Technology. Stephen later went on to pursue higher education and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Consulting from Royal Roads University in 2009-2011. Additionally, Stephen obtained a Project Management Certificate from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2012-2013. In December 2015, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Stephen returned to Royal Roads University for further studies, completing another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, though the field of study is unspecified.
