David Mitchell is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in electrical infrastructure design and consulting. Currently serving as Technical Lead at NDY since September 2024, David has previously held significant roles at LCI Consultants as an Associate and Electrical Infrastructure - ASP Level 3 Lead, and at ADP Consulting Pty Ltd as Team Leader ASP Level 3. Notable projects include the $2 billion Barangaroo Central substation masterplanning and the $180 million Castle Towers enabling works. David's background includes roles at WSP as an Associate Electrical Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer at Shelmerdines, as well as early career positions at Ausgrid and Qantas, where aviation-related expertise was developed.
