Robert Michalak

Robert Michalak is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Norman Disney & Young since February 2023, previously serving as a Mechanical Engineer at DMA Engineers from May 2015 to March 2022, where significant expertise in mechanical design, project management, and client management was developed. At DMA Engineers, Robert progressed from a graduate role to a senior team member, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring newcomers, and contributing to organizational development. Earlier, Robert gained experience as an Undergraduate Engineer at Airbus Group in 2013, where responsibilities included assisting with standard maintenance repairs for reconnaissance helicopters and managing inter-departmental communications.
