Ross Hastings is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles across various sectors. Currently serving as CEO at Ne-Lo and The Anatomy of Marketing™, Ross focuses on marketing transformation and fostering customer-centric cultures. Additionally, Ross holds positions as a researcher, research supervisor, and lecturer in MSc Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London, as well as a Global Scot with Scottish Development International. Ross co-founded Timebirds, has worked as a performance and mindset consultant for Frankston Football Club, and has held senior operational and facilitative roles at GRIST and the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance. Ross's educational background includes an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, an ongoing MBA at La Trobe University, and a BSc in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
